Just a note that I'm not dead. I just have a lot going on in my life...
I have been thinking of possibly updating the comics with unfinished pages in future because I simply can't find the time or inspiration to spend too much time on one page. And yet, I would like to continue and tell you the stories.
We shall see later how it goes.
Unfinished would mean that I would only do the line art.
Currently I have to take care of my health and that's my top priority!
The main idea of this blog is to keep you updated on why I haven't updated my comics or when I will update them next. I think and hope this will work better than uploading fillers all the time. Who knows, however, what direction this blog will take in future :)

Moving
Hello everyone!
I have actually managed to get some small drawing! Not actual pages, sorry. But I'm thrilled to find myself doodling again. I feel more like myself doing that.
The reason I haven't worked on pages is simple. Has less to do with lack of motivation and more with the fact that I have too much going on.
I'm moving at the end of this month and instead of keeping all my art stuff out in the open I must pack them. So I made the decision to get back to comic making after the move when I can relax again :)
My doodling isn't completely out of the comic sphere. I have actually been drawing more pages to my script for TWOD. As I have mentioned somewhere, the script is old and has over 500 pages!
So, give me a bit of more time and I'm sure I'll be back ;)

One tooth less - again
Sorry for my age-long silence everyone! This will still keep going. No-updates I mean.
I have a couple of things going on and I'm also currently over worked at work so I don't think I will be working long enough on any pages to actually finish one.
To explain the title I should tell you that one of the things going on is that they had to take one more tooth out of my mouth because it was broken. Those who have followed me long enough know that I already lost one tooth back in year 2008. And I'm not talking about wisdom teeths here!
So, I'm currently waiting for the day when I can eat hard food again and don't need to eat painkillers.
I'm not dead nor have I disappeared anywhere. Just a lot of things going on and to little time.
See ya all soon I hope! :)

Sad times...
This is a sad time for me because my grandfather passed away exactly a week ago on Wednesday morning. Me and all my family are somewhat coping with this and will say our final goodbyes on Saturday.
The strange thing is that this sad situtation made me draw. I couldn't bring myself to draw anything that had to do with him, but I actually are working on new pages for TWOD.
So, during autumn you will get some new pages. I try to finish more than one of them before uploading any of them.

Summer, summer...
I'm sorry guys for the lack of comics. Well, my summers are usually very quiet when it get to comic updates and I'm not surprised.
I have a difficult time to tolerate heat and this summer has been quite warm in Finnish standards. It has been also quite long because summer began early.
On top of that I have a new job to get used to and even after half a year I'm still unable to find a rythm in my live. I'm also constantly tired which doesn't help drawing in the slightest.
So, updates will resume when I'm able to feel inspired again and can sit down by my drawing table. Untill then I will somehow live over this summer... -_-
P.S. To me 25 degrees celcius is too much, in case you are wondering... I'm a winter girl!!

Back home from Scotland
I'm still alive and kicking!
Just had a fabulous week in Scotland for the third time in my life. I also visited Loch Ness for the second time of my life. The last time was in 2003 so its been 10 years ago!

Status and weather
I'm ashamed of myself for not being able to keep up any update schedule I try.
I guess I should just give up and update whenever I have something to put up. I still don't want to take the easy way out and just pencil the pages. I want to finish them properly before updating and that's what takes time.
Other reason is my lond days at work. Don't worry! I enjoy my job, but this is just a busy time there. Also, I need some extra hours for later this summer.
So... I'm not giving up the comics! Stubbornes runs strong in my family!
But I just have to give up the update schedule and go with the pace I can now manage.
So updates will come whenever I have something to show you.
I'll try (only try, I won't promise doing it) to write something here in my blog a bit more often so that you won't have to worry if I have dissappeared completely.
Now, enjoy your summer!
And here is a funny fact!
This week the warmes place in Europe with over 30 degrees celcius was Utsjoki which resides in the northern most border of Finland!! Something has seriously gone upside down!
Google the place so you'll understand better.

April updates
April update for both of my comics will be couple of days late. The other is already done and the other is missing only the finishing toutches. However, RL causes me to be a bit late with them, but they will come in a couple of day!!

The update schedule for 2013
Sorry for taking so long!
I'm still taking a while more, but I intend to try to keep up this update schedule I figured out.
I will attempt to update both my comics ones a month! If I can make it more often with extra pages, no one will complain I'm sure, but this is what I'll aim to do.
So, I will attempt to get the next page of TOE during next week. Now on March I won't have time to update TWOD, but from April forward I'll attemt to update both with one page each month!
That's all for now. I'm too tired to come up with anything more to write. I have had long days at work this week -_-

Year 2013
This year has began with a new job!
Today was the first official day that I was at work.
The job I got is a permanent one! Whoo!!!
Which is really great considering the international financial situation.
I will get back to comic making asap, but I want to get to know my new job and the environment and get my day rythm back in order before I stress about pages.
So, you will have to wait for a while before the next page of either comic, but I will be back :)

Taking a while
Sorry, I did not mean to take this long untill my next update.
Somehow when I'm unemployed and have no idea when it ends I get nothing really done. It also shows in my drawing. I draw yes, but it's slow and somehow time just goes by faster than I realize.
On good news, I'm finally satisfied enough with the lineart of the second page of TOE that I can start inking it to get it finished. The page to follow is only lacking color, so when I get the lineart of the next page done I will start working on painting both pages at the same time.
TWOD pages are coming as well. It just took a bit longer than I thought, because after reading my old script I realized I have to make some slight changes in the layout. Planning the new layouts took a bit of time (and is still somewhat unfinished, but that concerns only the latter half of the current chapter).
Well, concidering how long I have already been working on these comic, long breaks do not mean I will stop working on them XD

Two new pages on TWOD
Yes, I have done two new pages for TWOD!
The first of the two will appear tomorrow and the second a week later.
TOE will still be on a break, because I want to feel a bit more confident about drawing again, before attempting to paint the next page.
The pages of TWOD do not need as much work as the pages of TOE so to find my confidence again the first one is an excellent tool!

Vacation time!
Hmm... I'm slowly returning.
I'm very sorry for the long, LONG silence. But I couldn't help it.
Now my summer vacation finally started. I don't know how much drawing I even could get done if I get around to it, but we'll see. For three weeks I will have no worries, but only enjoy my vacation!
After that I guess I have to start to think about finding work again...
Below is a quick picture I did when I started to feel like drawing again.
It's nothing special and I had no clear inspiration. Just wanted to draw.
The clothes are a intentional mixture of clothes from different eras.
The background is supposed to be a vagon door and wall.
Thank you for your patience. I haven't yet gotten myself around to draw comic pages, but I have read through all my scripts to remind me of my plans and feel inspired again.
I won't make any promises, however, on when I will be back. I'm afraid of not being able to keep them.
So... I will be back when I can.
P.S. One reason why I haven't been able to draw at all is the fact that I have had problems with sleeping for a long while now so I'm very, very tired most of the time.

Pollen, pollen
Sorry for my long silence, guys!
The pollen season this year has been more difficult for me than in several years. That is why I have been silent. I haven't really had the strenght to do anything besides living. It will still take a few weeks for me to get back on track, but I hope to be back soon.

More scanner news
I have just found out that to get my scanner it will take an extra long time to get because the provider itself can't even promise when I'll get it.
We'll see what happens... Still I'm hopeful that I will get the scanner I want :)

Happy New Year and scanner
Have an eventfull year 2012, everyone! The kind of eventful which will be filled with happy things!
I have been looking around and deciding what kind of scanner I want and where to get it.
I have made my decision. The scanner I'll by, however, won't be available before next month. This means it will take a bit longer than I intended.
Still, since I'm going to buy a scanner I want to buy one that is better than the old one and the kind I really want. I'm sure it will be worth the wait :)
This was just a heads up to you.
After I have the scanner in my possession you will get an update of TWOD. This is a promise I can make, because the art is already done. I only need to get it scanned ;)
